OCLA can make grants to help fund academic events in Oxford centred on Late Antiquity, or at least with a strong late-antique element. The maximum grant available is £500 for applications from senior researchers, £250 from graduate students. Applicants are expected to also seek matching funding elsewhere, if at all possible.
There are no formal deadlines for submission; applications will be circulated electronically for consideration by the OCLA Committee, as and when they come in. To make an application, select and complete either the form for a senior researcher or for a graduate student. Applicants need not be attached to Oxford University; but the event to be funded must be held in Oxford.
